Public speaking training for the talk that matters
Conference moderator, event host and compere for WCEF, Packaging Europe, Huawei, Danske Bank and Kiefel. English, German and Finnish.
Auf DeutschYou have a keynote, an investor pitch or a board presentation coming up, and you can feel it is not there yet. I coach you on that specific talk, not on public speaking in general, and we work until it is ready.
I stand a few feet from a couple of hundred speakers a year. I know what works before the audience does.Book a 20-minute call
A public speaking coach in London or online, for one specific talk
- Executives with a conference keynote or an industry stage
- Founders preparing an investor pitch
- Leaders presenting to a board or a supervisory board
- Experts speaking at a congress for the first time
- Anyone who has been told the content is right and the delivery is not
What usually goes wrong
The talk answers a question nobody in the room was asking. Interesting is not the same as relevant.
The opening is treated as a warm-up. You get about fifteen seconds of genuine attention, and most people spend it on their job title.
The slides are the script. If your deck can be read without you, the audience will read it instead of listening to you.
None of this is fixed by more confidence. It is fixed by structure, and structure can be taught.
How the coaching works
Three sessions of ninety minutes, in person in London or online, spread over the two to four weeks before your date.
Session one: relevance.
Three whys, two whos, one what. Why this topic, why now, why you. Who is in the room and who decides. The one thing they must leave with.
Session two: design.
Structure, words, voice and presence. We build the opening, the spine of the talk and the close, and we fix the slides so they support you instead of replacing you.
Session three: rehearsal.
You deliver the whole talk. We work on timing, transitions and the moments that matter, until it is ready for the stage.
What you leave with
A talk that is built for the people in the room. An opening you can deliver without notes. Slides that do their job. And the kind of confidence that comes from structure rather than from hoping.

Hery Henry is not just a professional; he is a visionary thought leader whose influence extends far beyond the stage.
I worked with Hery when he supported our summit and awards ceremony as a presenter. He’s an exceptional compere and public speaker, with a talent for both energising a room and generously shining the spotlight on other speakers, in addition to which he can channel his business experience and specialist sustainability / packaging knowledge to engage astutely with the subject matter.
